After a wild winter season, I am deficient in Vitamin Sea.
Time to share a few of my favorite Atlantic Coast hang outs.
Note : I wanted to use some of my own pictures, but it seems I am two days frozen in my La Z Boy, and not motivated to get upstairs to my scanner.
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!!!
Thanks so much. It lifted my spirits. Then I went out to dig out my mail box. Van
I wish I was at any one of those locations right now. ❤

Spring is coming. Truly, it is. Then summer, where in all honesty, I don’t handle extreme heat very well. Thanks, Diana ☺
I love heat and oceans, but there are no oceans in the foothills of the Rockies. 😉
Ah…the Rockies have a beauty all their own. Spent a few years in Salt Lake. Took a while to get used to the altitude. Thanks, Diana ☺ Van
Thanks for the lovely trip down memory lane, Van. I do miss the east coast ❤
My pleasure, Angie. I am glad to be back; the Midwest was nice, but I missed the ocean (and the seafood) ☺
Where the land and the river meet…………..
Always an experience. Thanks for the comment, DearLife.
It’s that time of year when we dream of warmth coming from above. Are you planning any visits to the seaside this year?
Dreaming, for sure, Julie. Planning a reunion with friends in GA. Will make a few stops to reconnect with family, hugging the coast along the way. MD, VA, SC. Salt air is on the horizon. ☺

There is something strangely sacred about salt….it is in our tears and in the sea…..
Thanks so much for the reblog. Sacred, for sure. Van
no problem…couldn’t agree with you more.Your picture are life-inspiring….
Ahhhh, Vitamin Sea. Perfect, Van.
I can normally do only with warm weather minus the beach, but I am now longing for Vitamin Sea now that you mention it 🙂
Join in the dream . ☺
