A message as we approach Mother’s Day.
At first, funny. Then, a bit sad.
But a message, still.
Great reminder. You’re such a good egg, Van!
Ha…thanks for playing, Ann. Appreciate you, always. 💕
How true. We should always let them know because we never know.
None of us get out of here alive, J. And it’s hard to live with the regret of words not spoken. Thanks. 💘
Thanks, Lynn. I found it years ago and sent it to my daughter. She responded with a “single tear” and I felt bad. What I thought was funny, the chicken/egg connection, was seen as something else again by her. I guess we all bring our own reality to these memes ??? 💕
I think that is so true, we really do bring our own meanings to things in life!
Love the message…especially during this time of the year. Happy Mother’s Day.
Thanks so much, there will be many sweet, sentimental posts coming at us. This one spoke to me, somehow. 💖
Happy Mother’s Day
And the same to you, Sawsan. 💕
Humorous reminders are much better than the guilt-laden ones! Thanks for the smile.
That’s the reaction I was hoping for, Elyse. And you are most welcome. 💖
Have a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend, Van ❤
Thanks, Diana. And my wish is the same for you. 💝
Van, oh, no! poor little egg! Quite the sad, humorous, real life message. I saw it both ways! Have a wonder-filled Mother’s Day weekend! 💛 Elizabeth
Both ways. For sure, Elizabeth. Thanks, and you do the same. 💘
So true Van. We have had ours but Happy Mother’s Day to you 🙂
Thanks, Judy. I remember seeing that a while back. ☺
Yikes!! Mom ended up on the dinner table… I’ll tell you, when my kids were growing up, sometimes I felt like I’d been in the deep fryer! 🙂 HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY Van!!
Ha ha. I get that, AGMA.☺ Thanks, and I hope you have a good one as well. 💕
Egg-cellent humor Van. Hits egg-actly the right note between humor and pathos.
Sweet. I’ve been punned !☺Thanks so much, Val. Humor/pathos…perfect. 💝
Truly a clever post. Well done!
Thanks so much for the visit. ☺
Wise words that we should all follow.
I think so, George. Thanks. 💖
Well it does drive the point home Van! ❤
It surely does, Diana. 💜
Too true. Happy Mother’s Day.
Thank you, Kitt. Thinking of you. No doubt that you understand. Hope you and your mother will share a good Mother’s Day weekend. ❤️
Happy Mother’s Day
Thank you, Sherri. 💝
Van, this is great. Couldn’t agree more and learned this lesson the hard way early this year…
